navigation updates available this month

Some 9 years ago I bought Garmin Lifetime Map Updates for less than Stg100. To date I am still updating my Nuvi unit for up to four updates yearly.Why can't Nissan/Here offer something like this to their customers?
In the meantime for a much lower cost than that of the Nissan updates I would prefer to purchase,say every two/three years , a stand alone unit with much better navigation capabilities.

No, I do not have the change log. I will provide you pict with information about the card version. Take a photo of the screen Nissan Connect with new card. But check out all mapping and change I can not - I'm outside the coverage of the this map area. In Russia ))

Can we download this update directly into the SD card from a Nissan site or the You+Nissan site?
