Red engine light with error code P2263 turbo charger boost

Hello has anyone else had an issue with the above error code. It only happens when I'm on the motorway or dual carriageway. The light comes on and there isn't any oomph when I put my foot down. When I come off and turn off the engine and restart the issue disappears and does not return unless I go on the motorway again. I got a friend to check with his computer what error codes come up when the red light is on and it showed the one above and also P0381 Glow plugs. Any ideas appreciated before I get ripped off at the main dealer please.

what type of motor is it petrol desesal is it a qq is it a j10 if its a qq J11 you wont need a new flint sorry i cant help
