The interior rear view mirror in my 2010 J10 Visia 1.6 has started to ....de-laminate (the only way I can describe it!).
Before I rush out to buy a new one, can anyone tell me how hard (or hopefully easy) it is to remove and replace. It's not too bad at the moment but is starting to creep into my line of vision.
Interior mirror removal
Hi Ben,
Sorry I still have no idea. I'm waiting until next time we need a windscreen replaced in one of the trucks at work as I'm sure windscreen repairers must replace interior mirrors daily!
If I learn the answer I'll revert - until then I'll soldier on. The good news is that it's easy to pick up second hand mirrors........... Please let me know if you suss it out.

Just spotted this post but have posted a question about the same issue, except the mirror I want to remove is the standard mirror. I would assume that it slides off the same way, because I am reliably informed that the new mirror is a straight swap.
It doesn't slide up, down or any other way. Any ideas?
