Has anyone else experienced problems with their window trim(s)?
My QQ was bought in 2015 and has been back 4 yes FOUR times with the same issue.
It's the chrome trim or mold that fits along the top of the door windows.
Every time I arrive I go through the same story telling the service department exactly what happens and this is the (?) time this has been in. The response is something like "oh, we've not seen that before sir, we'll fix that and we'll cover the cost". Well, they have seen it before 3 now 4 times and still have the same excuses to why it keeps falling off. Why can't they fix what should be something quite straight forward?

I'm just curious... has anyone had this happen?

If only someone had invented some really good adhesive, not just good but maybe super?

Yes, they could call it something like... "Reallygoodglue".

Never heard of this issue, but I can recommend 3M VHB double-sided foam tape; clean both surfaces with isopropyl and warm them with a hairdryer or (carefully) heat gun to get maximum adhesion.
Used to have 2015 1.6dCi 130 Xtronic N-tec+ in Gun Metallic
