Roof rails installation 1.2 DIG-T 2015
Can I fit roof rails on a qashqai 1.2 DIG-T 2015 model, the car didn't come with roof rails I was thinking of buying a used pair but my concern is about whether I need a base/bracket to mount them or if they fit straight to the car roof. Thanks for your help.

I might be misremembering but I think you have to drill through the roof to fit the bolts and you have to remove the roof lining to access the bolts and fit the nuts/brackets
