Bug or feature? Lane departure warning and pro pilot.

I wonder if I found an bug in the firmware or maybe it's an feature.
When I don't use pro pilot/smart cruise control (blue button) I can switch lane departure warning on and off in the settings and with the button.
And it actually works like it should.

When I activate pro pilot (I don't actually have to use it but only press once) then all the sudden the lane departure warning button doenst switch the lane departure warning off.
When I go into settings I can see the button still works as it's checked on and off but it just keeps beeping when I cross the line.
So even when the smart cruise controle is idle it keeps beeping when the button is switched off.

When completely turning off pro pilot the button works as intended again.

Look like it is a feature, not a bug.

Certainly sounds like they meant to be interlinked, as they should be, if you turn on steering assist you want lane departure to be working !!

Yep sounds like it.
But it's strange that when you have activated pro pilot but don't use it (so it's idle) lane departure warning is still active.

I don't really care as in Netherlands the roads are fairly straight, but in France (holiday) the roads are different and it beeps lots of time.
