Some Nissan model have more Connect Apps: :?:

I went to
https://owners.nissanconnect.eu/aqPorta ... p_two.jsf
and see that portal doesn't allow a QQ to be registered, so I cheated and registered my vin as a JUKE;
system didn't detect.
It offers more options than we QQ owners currently enjoy; extras are fuel prices/ airport departures/arrivals + weather.

Interesting indeed. Seems like Qashqai with its Connect was kind of a "prototype" sold to masses..

I would very much agree with that. I also think the processor used is slower than a Casio watch from the 80s. Soooo laggy when scrolling through menus. My wifes new Skoda Octavia has a fantastic system with free GPS map updates etc.

I can't understand why they don@t jump on the android auto bandwagon - surely it would be cheaper for them and better for us

Yer. That would suit me perfectly. I have a Galaxy S4 that could be left permanently connected :)
