Does anyone know of a fuse in the fuse box in the passenger footwell that is always live and therefore unaffected by the start stop. My dash cam is piggybacked into the cigarette lighter fuse but turns off and on again when start stop kicks in.

In a sense yes.
I just want the camera to be active so should someone bump my car the camera will record it. But don’t want it to be always in in the car.
