Re: Loss of power and engine stalling

Well even after the software updates for the ECU and IEB things never really improved. I booked it back in with the dealership who testdrove it and found the exact same symptoms I had been telling them about. Turns out that it needed a software update for the ECM. No idea what it is but my drive hom...

Re: Loss of power and engine stalling

2 weeks in and the issue hasn't gone away completely. I'm still finding instances where it feels like the car isn't acknowledging that the accelerator pedal is being pressed at all. It's caught me out a few times when pulling away at roundabouts to the point where it worries me. Is anyone else in t...

Re: Loss of power and engine stalling

Did the dealer mention anything about error codes (DTCs)....I guess not since you haven't mention it.? Could easily say its a throttle pedal (electrical system) problem but on the other hand it could be a combustion/exhaust problem. Related sensors should pick that up and leave error codes. Thats t...

Re: Green Light of Car Image Pointing Upwards

I now have my Auto Hold turned all the time and it works flawlessly. Is it detrimental to the lifespan of the brakes though?

Re: DPF monitoring app

Hello OK, so I'm guessing loads of people here are cursed with the beloved QQ DPF regen issues. Has anyone found an app or software to measure the soot level through the odb2 connection? I've got torque on my phone and this will tell you the fault code and let you clear faults etc but no dpf report...

Re: Lane assist and high beam assist

Both my new QQ and my old (2017) Insignia have High Beam Assist and there is only one stretch of road throughout my 20 mile journey to work on which high beam would come on. They've now improved the streetlighting on this stretch and now it doesn't come on anymore :( . Mine does work well though, as...

Re: Loss of power and engine stalling

Had the updates done today and have to say that as soon as I pulled away from the garage it felt smoother. The hesitence and jerkiness when cornering slow in 2nd gear seems to have gone too. I'll drop another update in in a few days to let you know if it's been a permanent solution.

Re: Small possible issue? When accelerating

I've had mine just over a week now and noticed the same plus it likes to stall occasionally when setting off, like there's no power there. Got in touch with my local dealer and it is a problem that needs sorting with a software update for the ECU. I would ask them to check if it's been done on yours...

Re: Average mph in display

I have to agree that it's annoying. I wouldn't mind it as part of the journey summary once I switch the engine off, but definitely don't need it in view throughout the entire journey. I just can't find a way to get rid.
