i had that on mine when there was a crack on the inlet pipe.... started with difficult starting then on a long run it cracked and caused the DPF to fail
worth looking at your inlet pipes to check for wear and damage

Sounds to me like you have a wheel or wheels out of balance - id look there in the first instance
