My QQ Tekna DCI 2015 has been playing up this last week with identical faults as you guys (Chassis Control Fault System, Start/stop fault etc). Have any of you guys had a fix for this before I head to the garage to see if they can identify the problem?

I know it’s a very late reply, but there’s been some progress....I had the diagnostics done at the dealer at a price of £109 and they did the update ‘free of charge’. I questioned the diagnostics fee with Nissan Customer Services and argued the fact why I shouldn’t have to pay and I’d like it refund...

I’m experiencing the exact same problem of the audio system cutting out on a regular basis. I have searched for the firmware update on here as suggested but can’t seem to locate it. Does anyone have a link to this? Sorry to be a pain in the backside.

I mean Companies seem to respond to social media platforms such as Twitter as they don’t like the bad feedback. So much better in getting a response this way rather than going through a complaints department.

Vertu warranty have agreed to pay for the repair! I thought they’d try to wriggle out of it but was clear from the pictures taken it wasn’t stone damage.
