Re: Air Conditioning not very cold
Webweaver, you will most probably find the reason that the so called "Back Street Garages" will not touch the QQ is because it uses the new R1234yf Air Con Fluid which is very expensive and needs expensive equipment to refill it. The older fluid R134a has been superceded due to new regula...

Re: Air Conditioning not very cold
Mine stopped working just ahead of a two year service. Bristol Street Motors (Derby) said that it would be £200 for a regas with the 'special' gas. I told them I wasn't happy. On a side-note - their customer service in Service Reception is dire... avoid. The Service Manager acknowledged that he'd ha...

I've been offered an 'Emissions Control Service' as an optional extra (for £20 or £25 I think) on my service plan? Is this necessary - or just a way of the dealer making some extra money on my pre-paid plan?...

Re: Roof Rail marks puzzling
Same thing happened to me... after much gnashing of teeth, Bristol Street Derby agreed to do a warranty replace. (Said they had to take the roof interior out - so it was a long job)... but now a few months later - the crazing is back. Its a lease vehicle - so can I be bothered to go through it all a...
