Re: Power loss 1.5 dci

I'm no expert but your error code (P1453) and the faulty cruise control might be related to your exhaust gas door, you might want to check it.

As for P0380: I do have the same error every couple of day/week depending on my trips, still don't know what it's causing it.

Re: Advice maintenance

Also, regarding maintenance, at what millage should I change the CVT oil? knowing that I'm at 53k miles and I have never changed it.
Tried looking in the Owner's Manual but it only said inspect but after searching it said that it should be changed every 40 to 50k miles and now I'm confused :(

Re: Clunking when gear change in reverse

what brand of pads - were they cheap The only brand I was able to find were LPR and I used them before with no issue. In fact I didn't change them couple of weeks ago, then went back to my old ones because the new ones were making a terrible whistling noise even when I was driving and no braking. A...

Re: Clunking when gear change in reverse

QUOTE "The thing is I still have the same brake pads and they are still new and this wasn't happening before." This suggests that that pads are sticking in the guides - remove the pads and grease the contact points where the caliper slides on the carrier - Note - not on the friction mater...

Re: Clunking when gear change in reverse

If it clunks when going backwards and then does it once when going forwards then this is a standard noise which they all do, some are worse than others. It's caused by movement in the brake pads as they are slightly smaller than the carriers to compensate for expansion when they get hot. Easiest wa...

Multiple questions regading my J11 (2017)

Hi, I have a J11 QQ (2017 CVT with 84k km on the clock) and I have multiple questions regarding it. 1. I have a clicking noise when I shift from R to D or D to R (similar click to when you press the brakes while on P) on the passenger side. it also happens sometimes when I accelerate or decelerate. ...

Re: Qashqai J11 Door mirror cap removal

So... I finally ordered up another set, and got brave with a file! Got some smoked ones https://www.aliexpress.com/item/4001035266000.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.76c04c4dhrwM1c These even use the same wiring connector as the originals, so in that respect, a direct swap. I had the same issue with the...

Re: Stop and Start System Fault

Did the dealer mention anything about error codes (DTCs) they should have scanned for? You'll need to find out if such codes exist to aid diagnostics. Otherwise its mainly guess work. They did find a p1480. Today I changed one sensor, the p1480 disappeared and a new one related to FAP/DFP appeared ...

I have the QQ Tekna but I can't seem to find TSR. Is there a way to software enable it or it isn't included in my package ?
