When I was taught to drive, a long time ago, I was told " there is a baby in the middle of the road round the next corner, will you be able to stop in time?"
Seeing the speed drivers go round blind corners these days they are assuming the road is clear

I was wondering about the apple reference as well. As I unknowingly downloaded with the apple format to find it didn't work. Had to go to mp3

Not having the updates does not cause me a problem, but reading this thread I do not think that is the issue. What people are saying the technology for updating maps quickly and cheaply is available. It is not a problem but normal behaviour. Had this sort of fan an every car I have had in the last twelve years. I agree you may not detect pattern by which it works but I have never had a problem

My last three cars have had built in satnav. All have been kept at least three years. None have ever been updated. Never had an issue navigating round UK. Occasional new roundabout or road, no major diversions or emissive mileage

As the last post said you did do something with it. You closed the doors. Only oaks if yo unlock it then Locke. It without opening anything

"Nissan complaining about extortionate cost"!!! Don't make me laugh. If with ther buying power they c ant negotiate a contract like Tom Tom etc then they need new people it's just another way of making money. Doesn't really bother me as roads don't change enough to cause a problem. Nissan ...
