Re: Chassis Control Graphic

Hi Chris, thanks , the impact is very subtle, I will have a play with it, any thoughts on the eco drive question? " I had a juke and this had the option to select normal, eco or sport and leave it in that setting. On the Qashqai we have an ECO setting, activated by the button lower right hand s...

Re: Chassis Control Graphic

Hi Chris, car park is a great suggestion, will find one and have a play! I actually seem to be getting some variability in the Chassis control graphic on the VID, sometimes I get no grid - see attached photos, and sometimes I get a grid. Have you noticed this? How are you liking the Qashqai Tekna? I...

Re: Chassis Control Graphic

Hi Chris, I am having the same issue with the Chassis control, on the vehicle information display, all I see is a car, not cross-hatching and certainty no blue areas lighting up to left or right as I corner. So you only see the cross-hatching and lights on extreme bends? Do you need to throw it into...

Re: 2020 Connect - Speed Camera locations

Hi Weasel, I was thinking the same, use Tom Tom app on my phone, but I find it really strange Nissan maps on the latest connect units are supplied by Tom Tom and Nissan asked Tom Tomto remove cameras from connect, and yet you get them on Tom tom on your phone for £2.99 a month. I have a feeling that...

2020 Connect - Speed Camera locations

anyone know why Nissan has removed speed camera locations from their Sat Nav maps, seems they asked Tom Tom to remove this? Seems daft that the system is based on Tom Tom, and they allow speed camera locations, and yet Nissan asks for it to be turned off? Is there any way to buy these as Points of I...

Storage compartment between driver and passesnger seats

Hi there, got a new Tekna in Oct, very pleased with it, I can't work out what the moulded shape is for in the storage compartment between the driver and passenger seats? It seems to be in the manual, but no explanation of its purpose? I have attached a photo. Any thoughts? also, I had previously had...

Re: Loud Beep on Motorway

You can also reduce the sensitivity of the limit so that it takes longer time driving above the speed limit to advise, could be useful if you drift over the speed limit for longer than you think? Its in the Connect settings.

Re: Vehicle Information Display

Hi Gloucester, many thanks for this, I think I have now got my head around ECO mode settings, the glow is a cloud graphic effect in the VID which gets brighter when the car is being driven more "Eco". The pedal is a sliding graphic which shows how heavy you are being with your accelerator ...
