You have to enable warnings for custom POI. It's in the menu somewhere

Yes. I had all the bits anyway and put them in the spaces in the spare wheel tray as it take up less room than the bag.

The overspeed option is shown on the Nissan Connect simulator at http://simulator.nissan.eu/NewNissanConnect/# In fact its one on the detailed options. I contacted Nissan today who said I should be available and to check with my dealer.

It was standard form the 1st July so I have been informed. Got mine on the 25 June and it wasn't included.
