Cheers guys - some wheels being advertised with winter tyres on - would save having to have tyres removed etc

\would wheels off a j10 fit a j11 - looking at getting some winter wheels to go to skiing in France with (hopefully)

Just bought a 67 plate
It has no roof rails
Phoned local Nissan dealer who said they are factory fitted and the do not sell as an after market product
Can anyone shed any light on this for me please?
