I've found on my 2019 QQ that the front outlet is PERMANENTLY powered on

The one between the seats turns off after about 5 mins

Still can't get updates either via WiFi or USB on my 2019 model... Wifi = No Updates Available USB = I just get a USB error, even with a freshly untouched "stick" straight from the box!!!* I've even changed the USB socket and the lead between the socket and the actual Head Unit... Thankful...

Have you checked the Bluetooth settings on the phone?

It might not be set to "sync" the phone book across to the QQ.

ONE update in 2020 is all I got... Won't update via USB either.
