I have seen handbrake cable mounts by rear axle corrode causing it to brake and jingle.

Could you take the plastic engine cover offand send a few pics. The oil looks like its from the upper to mid engine (thats why i said poss intercooler) if its k9k engine it could be rocker cover gasket leaking, cam shaft seal leaking or possible headgasket leaking. You could go to your local nissan dealer and ask for a quote for head removal. Worst case scenario. ie- 8 valves head skim, gaskets cam belt kit and coolant and oil.

The k9k in your car is probably euro 4 in the j11 it will be euro 5/6. The head and block will be the same but sump and everything else will be different. For the cost of a 2nd hand engine and labour to remove and strip and rebuild to fit your car it would be cheaper to get yours repaired surly?

This is normal. If car has been running for a while and you remove cap you do get the rush of air. It happenes to every petrol car i pdi at work.

Make sure the ignition is off first, that trim just pulles off. If you open the glovebox the lip of the trim is accessable. You can just pull it off with your fingers.
