Sign up difficulty
There is a discussion on the Nissan Qashqai OwnersClub UK Facebook group saying that they are having trouble signing up with no confirmation email being received and if it is an error when trying to login.
Just wanted to make someone aware in case there is a problem.

Re: Internal Alarm Sensors Problem
That’s the strange thing I don’t have the alarm system option anymore it stops after the driving position item. It used to be there but has disappeared factory reset hasn’t worked either. Will be ringing the dealer I think as no one seems to have had the same problem on here. Calnorth , Not heard of...

Re: Internal Alarm Sensors Problem
Thanks just tried that when I could. Not made any difference so will have to go back to the dealership. Was hoping for someone else with the problem and if it could be resolved other than by the dealer. I actually don’t know if I have a working alarm either as I need to leave the dogs in and see wha...

Internal Alarm Sensors Problem
Hi everyone. I appear to have lost the option to turn off the internal sensors in the vehicle settings. It used to give me an option to turn them off or ask on exit, this has now gone. There is also no option for alarm in any settings in the steering wheel switch menus etc. If that makes sense? Any ...

Re: Voice Recognition - is it just me?
I have noticed that quite a large part of how it works depends on how you speak to it. I don’t mean accent do lack of but how you phrase things. Speaking normally seems to be the secret not hesitating between words foe instance. My wife had a problem to start with hesitating a little between what sh...

Re: Seat goes backwards into passengers legs!
It is not ideal but have found it works pretty well. I must admit the seats appear to go much further back on the latest model against my previous 64 plate vehicle, maybe why i don’t have the problem knocking into people’s legs. On another track do you start your car in P or N? The handbook recommen...

Re: Seat goes backwards into passengers legs!
Gloucester - My apologies for not reading it correctly. I haven’t found a way other than to disable it in the settings, I don’t have the seat very far forward in my case so don’t tend to use it often. It only works when you put it in park, so if left in neutral with the handbrake on while the passen...

Re: Seat goes backwards into passengers legs!
In the ‘Vehicle Settings’ menu there is an option to turn the seat slide off. It’s under driving position. It is turned on by default.
