Re: DAB radio is dire???
I think i must be lucky, as it has never dropped out and has worked flawlessly, as has everything else.

Re: clutch jitter
Yes it's the same for many people, my clutch is jittery too, I think this is something Renault have since addressed. It's not such a problem for me as most of my driving is long distance.

Re: Sat nav not accurate
I think a lot depends on what you've become acustomed to, I had a Navigon in my previous car which is very different to just about every sat nav out there, so switching to the QQ. May seem a little alien at first, but you o get used to its foibles. Generally speaking I find the system to be really g...

Doesn't do that on mine, it scrolls through my stations, or have I just been luck?

Re: Auto Express 1.2QQ versus Renault versus MGB
Exactly they wouldn't look right, my mileage faux pas is now corrected to 40K p/a. The Kadjar was their demo car with all the bells and whistles, so you'd expect that the Dealer would ensure it was in top form, and when I tested it some time ago it had only just launched, so wouldn't have been thras...

Re: Auto Express 1.2QQ versus Renault versus MGB
Complete tosh, I drove the 1.5dci Renault Kadjar and thought it was rubbish compared to my QQ, i have no brand loyalty towards Nissan whatsoever, it's a company car. The engine on the Renault seemed down on power and was definitely louder and coarser? Don't know why that should be as it's the same a...

Re: Is my fuel tank on a hill?
Fuel gauges have a logarithmic scale so approx. 3/4 is actually 1/2 a tank, years ago some manufacturers use this scale but it confused people so came up with a linear scale, which is incorrect but more pleasing to the grey matter. If the tank is 60ltrs run it empty and put 30ltrs in and see where i...

Re: Can't connect to Nissan connect
The only thing I found of use was send to car, that's gone tits up again so I've given up now. The UI on the app, web page and portal are not intuitive at all.

Re: New Qashqai (well new to me)...
I don't know if I'm honest, but it also tells me if one of the bulbs isn't working on the caravan too, mines a twin plug, not a 13 pin. I ought to point out that it's only the indicator bulbs that show a fault if a bulb has gone, by not flashing the trailer symbol. I doubt if it has a lot to do with...
