Cleaning the Windscreen / Replacing Wiper Blades

[quote="AlleyCat"] Just bringing this back up. My wiper blades are now pretty much shot and, if I'm honest, I've not been impressed with the "genuine" ones from the get go. Can someone please confirm I'm not going mad and the blades are 26" and 17" respectively (circa 6...

Continental Tyres

I'm expecting to only have the QQ for 20,000 miles (on lease), anyone swapped front to rear? will that extend the expected life of all 4 tyres to 20k? swap them when fronts are at 3.5mm perhaps?

Spare wheel

mmm, I see what you mean.the car is 2 months old currently - and on lease. so have pan-european recovery. I don't see the point of a full size spare, but would rather have the limitations of a space saver than the limitations of a can of goo.The only time I really need the peace of mind of a spare i...

Spare wheel

How much boot space do you lose when putting the spare underneath? We are off to france in the summer, and don't feel happy without a spare. Was thinking of getting one without the foam, and putting stuff around the wheel (kites, picnic blankets etc).On the bright side it looks like you can sell the...
