Re: Tekna help
I believe you're all wrong. Using satnav and having the screen between dials on to screen that normally shows a compass you will see the normal navigation prompts that the screen should default to in normal use. The extra bit you are seeing is a picture of your car showing how far to the next satnav...

Re: Coat hanger accessory
I hang my shirts and suits from the attachments above the rear doors, I don't see how this accessory is needed unless I'm missing the point somehow

Re: DAB radio is dire???
I'm not sure if signal is a problem like FM. I like listening to magic on DAB. I find it drops the signal for a few seconds regularly but not overly often in Essex where I live. If however I am driving around the M25 I don't lose it ever. Playing with a few stations I get the same thing but radio 1,...

Re: Connect firmware updates
I've got a 65 plate tekna so presume I have latest software. Only gripe for me is that listening to DAB, magic fm keeps fading for a second or two then coming back on. I can't get magic where I live on FM so it's really annoying. A couple of other DAB stations do same thing though radio two stays co...

Re: Starting in the Cold
I have a 1.5dci tekna and don't have to do the double start thing??? When I press clutch and start button my car waits itself until the coil warming light goes out before firing the engine. On a warm day engine fires almost straight away, on a cold day it takes a few seconds until the car fires the ...

Re: Qashqai's indicators visibility
That is a lot better, makes the indicator stand out a lot more!! Would be better to see it working from more of a distance as the problem isn't so obvious close up to the light

Re: Ordering New Car Online
I have the 1.5DCI TEKNA after test driving the petrol also. The diesel actually has a decent amount of poke and as you say the MPG is excellent. With your low mileage though the main thing you need to be concerned with is the DPF regeneration, especially if most of your journeys are on local roads

Re: Ordering New Car Online
The best bet to get the car you want at the most competitive price is to do all your online searches including carwow. Then ring up your local dealer and ask if they will match it. Invariably they do

Re: auto locking
I don't understand why people want this, guess maybe if you have younger children. The Toyota avensis I just changed for my qashqai had it on and I hated the feature, having to unlock the doors every journey for your passengers to get out was a pain in the harris

Re: View new posts
Kentishman it never went away, mine was doing the same thing, but if you went to home page and scroll down it also shows most recent posts there too. All that happened was that the forum was exceptionally quiet the last couple of days with not many posts being made. That's why your new posts field w...
