I faffed about all afternoon trying to cancel the service due now and spanner symbol, i even plugged my delphi diagnostics in with out luck. I serviced my 2011 qashqai around 3 weeks ago when i started to get the service due in xxx miles, new oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter. Today i now get a fixed message service now due, i went into the settings scrolled down to maintenance then into sevice but there is no reset like there ...

The manual says disconnect battery, i think there covering there backs in case anything happens to the electrical system when you disconnect the wiring to the window switches and the mirror wiring socket. I've been having a read of the haynes manual, the ac evaporator is in the heater housing with pipes coming into the car from the bulk head, i think this as a vent at the bottom that goes back out of the car, this could also be the problem.
