I serviced my 2011 qashqai around 3 weeks ago when i started to get the service due in xxx miles, new oil, oil filter, air filter and fuel filter. I've been having a read of the haynes manual, the ac evaporator is in the heater housing with pipes coming into the car from the bulk head, i think this as a vent at the bottom that goes back out of the car, this could also be the problem.
