Here are a couple of photos of the wheel and bars. The clip that is missing goes on the end and twists. I have attached one with and without in the photo. It makes no difference to the operation just the look. I'm happy to take £180 for the lot.

Hi. The roof bars are genuine with the locks. They are for cars with rails already. I will post a photo when I clear the snow to get to the garage.

Sorry to hear that, I find it hard to believe that this is still going on from a large manufacturer. You are right it is a joke.

This exact thing happened to me in December when it snowed, it all went back to normal after two days. A couple of months later is when the battery gave up but symptoms were similar then, just wouldn't start as well.

No just once. I have read of others having two changed. I know somebody with a Pulsar who also had same symptoms. I think the engine uses oil as some do. It's just how they are.

I think the problems were identified with 2015 models although mine is May 16. It used no oil for 5000 miles then started using lots. Engine changed and no oil used for about 5k now needed a litre over last 3k miles. I started getting a rattle on mine which sounded like an exhaust heat shield rattli...
