Pin 10 is ignition wiring and I thought went through a relay, maybe wrong. If so, does the engine speed need to be up a bit to activate the relay? Yes you are correct it goes through a rely. The engine does not need to speed up. I took the car back to the place that fitted the bar etc and they plug...

I don't think it's about dog shit, its more about dangerous dogs. I feel you just put your foot in it ;) Also, all dogs have to have a chip, so there is a kind of licence in a roundabout way. Would've thought breed-specific dog licences were a more pressing need. Well thats a different subject. But...

The responsible ones are already paying via there club and Association fees. So why should they pay twice for the same thing?
