Re: TPMS accuracy

Hi Lucky, It's not so much about having a little to much or to little air, it's about knowing acuratly what the pressure is. From this point you can then decide how much your happy to run under or over pressure. The great thing about putting in a bit to much air is that it's easy to reduce later on ...

Re: TPMS accuracy

If you have any concerns its best to use a good quality tyre pressure gauge. I have an older version of this that has served me very well for many years. https://www.halfords.com/workshop-tools/garage-equipment/tyre-inflators-pressure-gauges/halfords-led-digital-tyre-pressure-gauge So here's a quest...

Re: Merc with i key theft caught on video

The thing is, that most of these cars can be broken into, but not driven away. Any car can be broken into, just smash the window. So as long as it cant be driven away, then most cars are fine. This is scaremongering, by the tabloids and even by the BBC  At the end of the day, if a professional...

Re: Weak Windscreen?

check the front of the Radiator for objects blocking it. Could even be a lot of bugs i guess. How about giving the radiator a careful pressure wash

Re: 1st & 2nd gear issue

Sounds like synchromesh may be worn. If this is the case it won't get better and you will need to get the gearbox overhauled. I guess your gearbox could be low on oil and an oil change may help. Your best taking the QQ to a good garage and get them to diagnose it. How many miles has your QQ done btw...

Re: Towbar holder removal???

As standard a lot of cars have a metal bar under the plastic bumper you see, this is removed when the towbar is fitted. You may find you would also need to refit this metal bar/bumper if you remove the towbar.
