Re: Middle seat belt Qashqai 2014
This happened to me (see previous post and a helpful reply). I tried to get it out. Last week it failed its MOT based on one seat belt not working, and the garage could not get it out either. It cost me £100.00 to have a new buckle put in so it could pass the MOT (I tried myself again and it looked ...

seatbelt jammed into socket
Hi
In fact it is not a seatbelt but a dog harness jammed into centre seatbelt socket. Its OK for the moment but I won't be able to have more than 2 people in the back so needs to be sorted. Any ideas of how to get the harness (which is shaped like a seatbelt plug) out?

Re: Rain Sensor
I had this 'problem' and kept adjusting the auto function sensitivity. I found that high sensitivity was the 3 rain drops setting contrary to my intuitive thinking. I have had auto on and 3 rain drops selected for the last 4 months and it works very very well even for small rain amounts and it works...

Re: Where to buy these parts?
One of my rear door seals is now loose and the clip at the end has disappeared so it flaps. Can anyone suggest where to get these clips? I have looked on specialist sites and amazon but there are none that leap out at being good. My car is now out of warranty and these clips are hardly worth a trip ...

Re: Battery. Should I be worried?
I have a early J11 (just passed its MOT!). I had the same battery and it was fine...The car was up to 20K miles. Then a month ago, it began to be sluggish to start and the same week it suddenly would not start at all. Called out Nissan Assistance (free with warranty and in fact it is RAC). They came...

Re: visible oil leak
Thanks - I called into the dealer as I ws passing and they pointed out that it was rain and gunk from the sills round the wheel arch dripping off. Will keep an eye on it and a note to myself to give this area a good clean at the weekend....

visible oil leak
My QQ went in for its 20k service a week ago. Apart from a rattle, steering wheel 'creak' and a check on the AC system (had dye put in 4 months ago) it had been good with little oil used over 9k miles. Was given updates to engine and radio software, rattle 'fixed', and steering wheel noise gone. Was...

Re: Check pressures even when new.
Just had slow puncture repaired (and thanks to this forum for pointing in right price range - cost £21 from Kwik fit). Afterwards I checked the pressures and had to inflate all of them (thanks Kwik Fit ). When I looked at the TPMS measures they were all out - 32/33 and 30/29. Do these small differen...

Re: Sat nav not accurate
I never use the sat nav with voice. I used to think sat navs were awful but thanks to the QQ I am a convert and love how, when I ignore instructions on the dashboard, it just recalculates the route. I do give it tests sometimes (on routes I know) and sometimes it gives me a better route and other ti...
