Re: FIRMWARE VERSION

None of the links for D605 mentioned in here seem to work anymore.

Anyone got a working copy?

I've had D605 installed a few years now, but for some reason my screen on startup now says "insert update media" and I can't find the one I downloaded back then.

Re: FIRMWARE VERSION

Small but very important tips thats some of you can forget when trying to do update. - For IKey vehicles lower the drivers window to the down position - It is important that the hazard lights are "ON" to prevent the power save feature activating on the Connect system - If the reprogrammin...

Re: 1.2 clutch lifespan - think mine has gone

How long is a piece of string? Obviously very dependent on one's driving style! Well yes, that's why you get lots of premature clutch failures. I mean with decent driving and standard wear and tear, how long do they last in general? Might not be the clutch of course, but I can't think what else wou...

1.2 clutch lifespan - think mine has gone

Anyone know what the expected lifespan of a QQ 1.2 clutch is? Google says clutches tend to last 70-90k in general, and mine has done 81k now. The speed just rises slowly and constantly, regardless of gear, and if I press down on the accelerator it makes no difference to the speed, yet the revs shoot...

I've always heard that whoosh in the summer when the windows are open, it's normal.

Re: Parking sensor system fault

Argh. Is it easy to figure out which sensor is broken, so you know? Both front and back aren’t working on mine so I was thinking it could be a different problem than a sensor being the culprit. Anyone know which fuse these are on? Did you manage to resolve your sensor problem Joko? I've same issue ...

Re: Parking sensor system fault

Yeah, mine was the same in the end, speaker wasn't at fault. Had them check it at the next service, and it turned out there had been a very minor bump at the rear left of the car (so minor I hadn't noticed till someone showed me), slight scrape around that sensor. Probably someone on a car park. So ...

Re: Parking sensor system fault

Inside it looks like this... https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/254433773882 That is the J10 one, but the description says "Suitable for speaker inside Part No. 256506024R" which is the part number also for J11. And it does look identical to the J11 one once you open the casing (the pins look slig...

Re: Parking sensor system fault

I can't hear any that are ticking, but the system goes into "parking sensor system fault" instantly the ignition is on, so not sure if it's actually turning them on. I'm starting to suspect the replacement speaker (used part from Lithuania I found on ebay) is also duff. I found this youtub...

Re: Parking sensor system fault

I got a new speaker, like for like, so it was a 1 min job to replace. However, the rear sensors still don't work and the light flashes, so looks like it wasn't the speaker. Do the sensors themselves fail? Easy to replace? How would I know which of the 4 has failed, or will I need to replace them all...
