wheel clunk on braking and acceleration dealer doesn't know what it is although a new manager it was a flexing of the rubber mountings on the drive train, Anyone had the same issue or is the manger clueless....

I have a12 month old Qashqai cover 9000 miles so far, the stop/start has not worked since day one, it seems to have a mind of its own. dealer has changed the battery, had the car for 4 days and told me it was fixed.......it wasn't. Has anyone experienced similar issues and have they had it fixed.
