Re: BUILD "QUALITY"???

Just thought I'd add my 10p worth. I bought a brand new "top of the range" Tekna 1.6 petrol last December. The build "quality" or assembly of parts is rubbish. I have so many rattles, creaks and squeaks.. It's been back a few times and had rattles looked at but not fixed. Not eve...

Re: Polishing the Instrument Cluster Lense

Hi Gel. This is what i'm trying to say to the dealer. Poor quality material that is "not for for purpose" I have only had the car since December and the only place it's been "washed" is when with them. I haven't gone near the dashboard with any sort of cloth etc.. I only noticed ...

Re: Polishing the Instrument Cluster Lense

@duncho
So they're saying the claim has been rejected.
Have you any idea where I can find the part number for just the plastic screen, as they say the whole display would need replacing? Thanks

Re: Polishing the Instrument Cluster Lense

@duncho
Hi. Got my brand new J11 in December and mines badly scratched after only 4000 miles from new .
Would you think that the lens can be removed, and therefore replaced? Thanks
