Sad, but I've started looking at map every time it beeps, and have seen left, right and even S bend icons. Must be linked to map as there's no way any camera or radar system would have identified this S bend

Yep, it's a sharp bend. Bend sign with 50yd indicated on map screen. Would never have looked for that had it not been for the postings on here, so thanks for your help. Nissan have offered me a new map, but not the latest unless I pay for it. Will be interesting to see what I get

Thanks for the many responses. Not braked, or experienced the car braking for me, and not noticed any icons on dash, so guess it's not FEB.

Would suggest to me that it maybe close to being worn out. Whats the mileage , previous usage [town/motorway] , tow bar fitted etc No idea on previous usage as only had the car for around 6 weeks.
