A friend with a 2021 J12 hybrid premier edition noticed differences in our front light setups. His indicators are with the DRLs, while mine are separate bulbs in the inner corners. His headlights have 4 per side, mine have 3. Checking the manual, it shows two configurations: Type A and Type B. Mine...

Some things to try:-
completely power off your iPhone
restart the Connect unit in the car (press the volume button until the screen goes black/blank)
if that doesn’t help:-
unpair the iPhone and car, then re-pair
If none of that works, I'm afraid I can’t help
