Some things to try:-
completely power off your iPhone
restart the Connect unit in the car (press the volume button until the screen goes black/blank)
if that doesn’t help:-
unpair the iPhone and car, then re-pair

If none of that works, I'm afraid I can’t help

If it was bought from a dealer, it should have a warranty and they should sort this out for you.
New keys are expensive.

If you bought private, get some top quality (Duracell professional, etc.) and see if that resolves the issue
