Re: Hello, Just ordered a new QQ

Wowzers £1000 to replace a heater motor, I recently changed the heater blower on my wife's corsa for £55, took 10 minutes and didn't require any swearing which surprised me somewhat

Re: Replacement Tyres

Jeez don't dare ask a question someone may have asked at any time in the past, no wonder there's very little traffic on this forum. I swear the most common post on here is ' please use search function on top of forum' From a newbies point of view it's very tedious and will ultimately put people off.

Re: Noisy dci1.5

Could be worse, you could be driving a jag, even their petrols sound like a bag of spanners when they are cold.

Re: Well that's not a good start is it

Question is, did you have it in writing about only wanting to accept a 17 reg? If not, then to be fair they've fulfilled their obligation by ordering your car. Is it really such a big deal? Enjoy the car. If you refuse to take it then you may well end up waiting a good few weeks longer as the deale...

Well that's not a good start is it

So the dealer has just rung to say our new QQ is ready for collection, good news you would think? Well I'm absolutely fuming, it's on a 66 plate, we specifically told them on ordering that we wanted it on a 17 plate, they even said it's arrival date was first week in march so no problem, it will be ...

Re: New owner!

Just wondering what the obvious reason was for test driving the 1.6 petrol, and what was it you didn't like? Main reason was that its only ever going to be a very local run about so petrol would have been the first choice. I read the 1.6 petrol was underpowered and it was! Hmm interesting, I drove ...

Re: Potential new owner

German cars are not as well built as people think, my wife used to work on the litigation for Mercedes warranty claims and it put her off ever buying one, assembled by blind orangutans was one choice complaint she saw, and the number of £60k + mercs with major issues was staggering. Over priced, und...

Just saying Hi

Soon to be owner of a magnetic red 1.6 dig-t tekna, actually my wife's car but she doesn't do forums and since they are an invaluable source of info, here I am. She is using her company car allowance to buy it, despite the QQ being the car we thought we wanted we had a look at the competition, drove...
