It seems to have gotten worse and does happen in 2nd now.
I had the turbo pipe replaced a few month before the ECU update as it did snap.
No black smoke.

Was yours the traction lights and anti skid? And engine management??
How much was the DPF clean?

I've a similar problem since update and service. Traction lights on and red or amber engine light on depending how the car feels.
Any cures?
