Re: Diesel cars - Govt change of direction

You got exactly the right point, politicians and the media control it all. You can't be so sure which one is correct. Cause which ever news got more media cover, automatically becomes the truth. One minute petrol is poison and diesel is a friend, other minute diesel is the most alarming threat in th...

Re: Service Warranty

I just don't get it. Isn't the receipt should be enough for the servicing under warranty? It's the receipt that they figure if the car is 3 year old or less but when you need the service then the drama started to take stage. You need registration, you need to have papers all the time, you need to sh...

Re: BRAKES FAILED!!! CRASHED

It's really hard to decide who is responsible for it with just reading a post. Even the specialist can't decide by visiting the accident site. I'm just another nobody.

Re: Interesting article on BBC web site for Diesel owners .

I prefer the word "Interesting" when it represents something other than bad. But toxic diesel car and the pollution is not actually interesting for me. Of course it's inconclusive cause we can't just banned all these diesel cars over night. But I think we should try to save us, we should t...

Re: Key less stalling the car

fat controller is correct. Try to remember that when your car stalling again. But you should also take a look on the heat meter, and don't forget to check the water. All the best.

Welcome back

You reminded me a film with the title. I think you know what I am talking about. Yes, it's The Terminator.

Re: Warning Beeps

Putting a tape on the speaker is not a good idea (I guess). You better cut off the wire that send the signal for the warning beeps. I always thought the speakers for the stereo makes the warning beeps as well. I could be wrong but I am right for some cars :) :)

Re: Thin steering wheel

I think the steering wheel is thin. But it's comfortable as well. I suggest you to use a cover for your steering since you are not comfortable with it.

Re: What is the warranty on the battery?

As far as I know, a factory fitted battery has a warranty of three years. And a general battery has a a warranty of two years. But that differs with the manufacturer. I'm talking about "In general terms".

Re: Nissan Connect Registration Problem

It's not that you are doing something wrong. Sometimes the sites failed to register new members without showing any sorts errors. You should try sometimes later and see if the problem persists. I think you would not face it again. Best of luck.
