done this ( installing fiamm horns without external relay) for 2 mitshubishi outlanders. also people here upgraded the 1 horn of the previous qq to 2 aftermarket horns without adding relay.

as you can see in the pics, i didn't removed the front bumper, i straggled to mount the new horn on the original place.
I used the original wires without an additional relay, actually you don't need relay cause each original horn has 2 dedicated wires.

the horns sound much better then the stock ones.

i have just replace the second horn, it was almost impossible and very complicated to do it from underneath without removing the bumper.

Just got it confirmed, the horn down below by the wheel is the alarm. Installed the Hellas horn and they sound much louder then the toyhorn but it still is not the sound I wanted. I got an old pair of snailhorns on my bike that could wake up the dead. I think I'll exchange the horns between the car...
