Re: J10 Start/Stop Failure - Battery OK
I am having a similar problem. 1.6d 2016 n-connecta.I have replaced the battery twice over the last 12 months. Stop/Start, front censors and traction control all flash up intermittently. At first we thought it was just when towing but it happens regularly now. It is booked in next month for diagnoses.

Re: Dead Battery now Starting Problems
The cold starting problem is solved. All four Glow-plugs were replaced. It seems odd that they failed immediately after the new battery was fitted. My car is costing Nissan a fortune. So far, Air Con parts replaced after complete removal of the dash board, the new battery and now glow-plugs. Hats of...

Dead Battery now Starting Problems
I will cut to the chase. The car would not do anything when pressing the start button. called out Green Flag who said the battery was dead. Less than 3 years old,( it seems like a common fault reading through this forum). Nissan replaced it under warranty the same morning. The following morning the ...

Re: Leaking water in driver's footwell
Well my saga is still on-going. I took the car in for a second time once they had the correct part only to be told it would take 2 days( We were told one!!). As we were going away the next day with the caravan we had to postpone. They said they would ring the next week but didn't. I rang and was tol...

Re: Leaking water in driver's footwell
I have the same problem, on two occasions in the past six months I noticed small droplets on the carpet just to left of clutch pedal. This only happened when it was raining and I was using the air con to keep the windscreen clear. The rain wasn’t heavy, more of a fine drizzle but the water built up...

Re: Leaking water in driver's footwell
Turns out it wasn't just a split heater box. When they removed it another fault was apparent. They didn't say what but it is being fitted next week under warranty. I will update next week.

Re: Leaking water in driver's footwell
UPDATE,
Just got a call from the dealer. It's a split in the heater box causing the leak.
Part ordered under warranty. 7-10 days lead time.

Leaking water in driver's footwell
Had my Qashqai 7 weeks now. I have noticed droplets of water on the carpet where your foot rests off the clutch. I have searched this problem and have come to the conclusions of either leaking air con or windscreen. I drove for 2 hours in torrential rain last week and only a few drops of water were ...
