Gear lever movement

I find that when i let off the throttle, i can feel my gear lever move, again when foots pressed down. Is this normal? As my warranty is almost up.

I find that when its on it makes the car a bit jerky when pulling off.

Stop/start function

Is there a way of reversing it so if i want it i switch it on rather than off? Other than turning it off everytime i drive the car. Its a 2015 model.
