picked a 15 plate qashqai last week noticed that air con not running cold called back to dealers and then they re gassed it , hope that solves the problem

have just purchased a 2015 quashqai and the rear door speaker grill has a hole own it and i would like to replace it , does it just prise off or does the rear panel need removing , thank you
