Re: Roof bags

Even with bars, the bags still sit directly on the roof. The bag is then tethered to the bars.

Re: Roof bags

I do have rails too, but I just don't have the space to store the bars and box. The bags fold down quite nicely.

Re: Drivers seat creaking

Good info. Thanks for sharing. My seat creaks, but I think it's actually the belt holder that's squeaking. Graphite lube helps, but it keeps coming back.

Roof bags

Has anyone used/tried a roof bag (not box!) at all? I have the glass sunroof and am wondering if it's going to be strong enough to hold a bag. It will only contain bags of clothing, nothing too heavy or bulky. Is the glass roof known to be stronger or weaker than it's metal counterpart? Any thoughts...

Re: creaky drivers seat

I thought I had a squeaky seat too, turns out to be the seat belt holder/retainer on the floor. A bit of WD40 helped, but only for a week or so.

Re: Re: 2018 - 1.2 petrol - MPG - Brim to Brim Test.

Interesting topic. Is the QQ correct in telling you when to shift up/down gears, or is it just a wet finger in the air judgement?

I feel the car could benefit from being in 4th at 30mph, but at the same time would hate to be over laboring the engine/clutch.

Any more thoughts/views?

New QQ

Hi all, picked up my 16 plate 1.2 N-Connecta (Glass roof pack) on Friday, and am in love!

Upgraded from a 2007 Audi A3 with no toys whatsoever (not even an Aux in socket!), so am blown away with all the QQ extras.

Great to read all the hints and tips on here.
