Re: Turning the lights off when indicating right..

As I appear to be one of the "wrong uns" using the thumb & forefinger method, and making a pigs ear of the whole indicating process, I have therefore decided to use copious amounts of superglue, gaffer tape along with some old cable ties that were lying around to ensure it can never happen again. Th...

Re: Engine Note / Exhaust Sounds 'Sporty'?

My 2014 Dci had the same issue and even louder at idle. It was diagnosed as the air filter box shaking itself loose. Some extra wide double sided tape and some steel cable ties sorted the problem however I still have a slight growl when accelerating.# Given that the DCI engine at 50mph is only doing...

Re: Nissan Qashqai J11B - New Facts On Upgrades

Now that the weather is warming up I am getting 70+mpg (best 74.2mpg) on my 2014 DCI manual with 44,000 miles on the clock.

This is from cold I the daytime on my 30 mile commute into work. It is on mainly A roads and the traffic speed is 50-55mph however it is very good in my opinion.

Slow puncture with TPMS

I appear to have a slow puncture on my 2014 Tekna.

When I use the pump supplied it takes ages to get air into the tyre, about 0.25 psi per minute. Is this normal or could,it be a faulty TPMS.

I have used 2 pumps so I don't think they are at fault.

Drivers door internal door locking

Should the door locking button located on the drivers door be illuminated at night?. It took me ages to find it fiddling about at night and I am sure it will turn the wife into a nervous wreck if she cannot see the button to lock it driving around town. Is there a way to auto lock the doors after yo...
