Thanks, mine is with WestWay Nissan right now, who seemed quite sympathetic. They're going to check it again and if it's a hardware issue they'll either replace it or send it to France to get it repaired (leaving me with a hole in my dashboard for two weeks). @drewk1 - how did you persuade the dealer / Nissan to replace the unit under warranty? Mine (2015 Tekna 1.2 DIG-T Auto) has the same problem - sound cuts out regardless of Radio / CD / Bluetooth and sometimes the whole head unit reboots.
