Update: The D605 update failed to fix our problem and as stated previously Nissan initially declined to replace unit free of charge. Started complaint process in early July with Nissan. Only just got a resolution last week. They have agreed to replace the entire unit as a good will gesture. I need t...

Hi @qqdriver. Yep the dealership confirmed they tried D605. Nissan have escalated the case (whatever that means). Waiting for a case manager to contact me.

My local dealer tried D605 update but sadly it failed to fix the problem. Anyone had a similar disappointment and if so where did you go from there? Cheers.

We have had exactly the same problem on our 2015 Model which is now out of warranty. The software update failed to fix it. The dealer submitted a request to Nissan for a new unit F.O.C as a good will gesture. They have declined. I'm assuming a non mechanical electrical part that costs thousands of p...
