We have the same problem with 2013 Model - will be interested in what response you get from Nissan - dithering about what to do.

We have a 2013 1.6 automatic Quashqai N-tec with 47000 miles on the clock. We have recently experienced a problem with the gearbox shuddering when pulling away in low gear. We took it to the Nissan Dealer and they have found metal filings in the gear oil and they suspect internal failure of them CVT...
