From your pictures and wording, you bypassed using the controller for the puddle lights, but did you put both separate puddle light cables into the two positap fittings or are there separate cables with the two cables linking to those ? Autoglym bumper and trim is good.

Dark green liquid, works well and does also remove any previous white wax Mark's.

Just a jump cable from the engine or bellhousong to battery negative directly and try.

Most likely a bad earth lead.

Watch in time as it's used and you wash the car. Water runs down the bonnet between bonnet and bra and collects. It also moves against the paint and scratches it. The water will encourage rust. I understand the potential benefits of fitting a bra but not sure it is worth it.. my opinion only. WW - ...

The brakes working on their own can be sorted with the software update. As for stalling, it depends on the situation. Cal Calnorth, that works perfect.

It's been fine since.. unsure what it was.. perhaps just the rain but done a fair few miles since and been ok.
