Re: Reversing Wing Mirror

Hi Sport, Yes the mirrors were in the normal driving configuration, unfolded. The mirror did appear to be in the correct position when I started to try to unlock the car but as you say, it may have been possible someone bumped it a little that I did not see or notice. The thing is that the front nea...

Re: 1.5 dCi Engine Oil

Also there may be a chance the CAT is getting damaged as it's not really designed to handle burnt oil? or is it? If there is no external leak anywhere, then its either mixing with the water, or more than likely being burnt through combustion. Must be , none is going on the floor , coolant level is f...

Re: Newbie

Take a look at Motorpoint and other dealers who sell imported cars, almost UK spec that save a fortune.

Re: Hello!

Well done for testing the car/clutch on an incline, also you can hold on the handbrake for a similar effect. This is a very good thing to do when thinking of purchasing a car. Now for the bad bit, any judder on a diesel is of major concern. A lot of diesel cars use a Dual Mass flywheel that has some...

Re: Boot won't open!! Help!!

This was me when I got my QQ, I thought it was the small button to open the boot. I even managed to open the boot on occasion by accidentally pressing in the larger flat pad, I really thought I had a fault. A couple of days later I realised my mistake, just before I was about to phone the dealer :) ...

Re: Nissan SUV Paint Sun Protection Factor (SPF)

Its a shame they did not take as much time and effort into making the paint resistant to stone chips and scratches. I've never had a car that scratches / chips so easily. This is good information as it will save me money not rubbing our QQ Body with Sun Protector  Nissan have just revealed how...

Re: 1.5 dCi Engine Oil

Hi Hound, Your reply sounds like u know really your stuff, which makes me uncomfortable with this statement. Being at the "max" level is not exactly overfilling, but it gives little room for expansion. The engine is designed so that its operation is optimised with the oil between those two levels, s...

Reversing Wing Mirror

Anyone seen this before? So i leave my car at work with the doors unlocked & keys inside for 8hrs. Its very secure, so no worries there. Anyways I walk up to the car thinking my keys are in my backpack and press the access button on the door handle. Here is the result. 20160720_164507.jpg 20160720_1...
