Re: Nissan Connect J11 (LCN2) LATEST Map Europe 2015-2016

New to the forums and just ordered but not taken delivery of my QQ yet. Is this the same SD card that comes with the car when purch...

Re: LED replacement exterior bulbs

I'm probably not quite understanding your point, it to me it appears your incorrect. For example, the mini countryman i used to own had the front indicators hidden behind a clear lens. The bulb has to flash orange for it to be the correct colour. So the colour of a bulb is critical to its operation ...

If you look at the links i provided you can see the resistors Good info, thanks :) As for Indicators, a l...

Re: LED replacement exterior bulbs

Just buy some w5w bulbs for the number plate from aliexpress, cheap as chips. Dont need a new set of holders as they are direct replacements for your current bulbs. Talking of exterior led's Can anyone recommend decent but not crazy priced number plate and reversing lights? I'm not having a great ti...

Re: Installing A Dashcam

Great write up SJP, must have taken you a fair while to do including the photo shoot ;)

I have one question though, did you look into using the wiring that goes to the rain sensor / internal lighting as its so close to the mirror area and piggyback on that?

Re: Qashqai 1.5dci engine knocking like mad

The problem could be many things, but it does sound like a very broken engine and expensive to fix. Knocking noises can be a worn bearing, burning oil will be due to an oil seal leaking / worn piston / rings / turbo etc. The usual cause for these things would be down to poor oil / incorrect oil chan...
